PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI E-HATRA PENYEHAT TRADISIONAL KOMPLEMENTER DAN PELAPORAN BERBASIS WEB DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS DENGAN METODE PROTOTYPING

Abstract


Abstract: This research has developed a web-based application platform for traditional healers, known as Hatra, with the aim of optimising complementary traditional medicine services such as cupping, acupuncture, traditional massage, and herbal remedies. The aim of this research is to improve the efficiency and accuracy of recording and reporting, as well as monitoring traditional healers in the working area of the community health centre (Puskesmas). The system design uses prototyping techniques conducted at the Griya Sehat Traditional Healers within the working area of the Puskesmas in the city of Padang. The prototyping method is used to depict the future system, providing a clear understanding to users and application owners about the system. The subjects involved in this research are Hatra Officers at the Puskesmas and traditional healers within the Puskesmas working area. In the prototyping method used, there are several stages: needs analysis, prototype development and evaluation, system design, system development, system testing and evaluation, and system implementation. Application testing is conducted using the black box method by application users. The test results show a high functionality rating in supporting traditional healer services and Puskesmas reporting. The prototype of this application can be implemented in a web-based internet network infrastructure on a hosting server, making it accessible to traditional health houses and Puskesmas. Future development should consider expanding the functionality and platform of the E-Hatra application for all Puskesmas that oversee their respective traditional healers to support digital transformation in healthcare services.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini telah mengembangkan platform aplikasi berbasis web untuk Penyehat tradisional, yang dikenal sebagai Hatra, dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan layanan pengobatan  tradisional komplementer seperti bekam, akupunktur, pijat tradisional, dan ramuan herbal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta pemantauan Penyehat tradisional di wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Desain sistem menggunakan teknik prototyping yang dilakukan pada Griya sehat penyehat tradisional dalam wilayah kerja Puskesmas di kota Padang. Metode Prototyping digunakan untuk menggambarkan sistem masa depan, memberikan pemahaman yang jelas kepada pengguna dan pemilik aplikasi tentang sistem tersebut. Subjek yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini adalah Petugas Hatra di Puskesmas dan Penyehat tradisional dalam wilayah kerja Puskesmas. Dalam metode prototyping yang digunakan, terdapat beberapa tahap: analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan dan evaluasi prototipe, desain sistem, pengembangan sistem, pengujian dan evaluasi sistem, serta implementasi sistem. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan metode black box oleh pengguna aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peringkat fungsionalitas yang tinggi dalam mendukung layanan Penyehat Tradisional dan pelaporan Puskesmas. Prototipe aplikasi ini dapat diimplementasikan dalam infrastruktur jaringan internet berbasis web pada server hosting, sehingga dapat diakses oleh Griya sehat tradisional dan Puskesmas. Pengembangan di masa depan harus mempertimbangkan untuk memperluas fungsionalitas dan platform aplikasi E-Hatra untuk semua Puskesmas yang mengawasi Penyehat tradisional mereka masing-masing guna mendukung transformasi digital dalam layanan kesehatan.
