Abstract

Abstract: The development of the creative economy market faces challenges related to the integration of creative activities into the scope of public production, the need for market transformation that is in line with the nature of creative works, and the emergence of a creative market characterized by stable demand, consistent supply, and free prices. Factors that influence the rate of development of the creative industry include economic and political instability, low purchasing power, high operating costs, and limited support from the state, which causes stagnation and decline in sectors such as MSMEs. The creative market in Lampung Province faces various challenges, including problems related to government supervision in the distribution of aid, the lack of optimal marketing strategies for MSMEs, environmental degradation that affects MSMEs, slow economic growth that has an impact on poverty levels, and inadequate professional management of MSMEs. In conducting this research, the software development method that can be used to create this system is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which aims to make the system created or developed useful according to the needs in terms of the function of the software.

Abstrak: Perkembangan pasar ekonomi kreatif menghadapi tantangan terkait dengan integrasi kegiatan kreatif ke dalam lingkup produksi public, kebutuhan akan tranformasi pasar yang selaras dengan sifat karya kreatif, dan munculnya pasar kreatif yang di tandai dengan permintaan yang stabil, penawaran yang konsisten, dan harga gratis. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi laju perkembangan industri kreatif termasuk ketidakstabilan ekonomi dan politik, daya beli yang rendah, biaya operasional yang tinggi, dan dukungan terbatas dari negara, yang menyebabkan stansi dan penurunan di seKtor-sektor seperti UMKM. Pasar kreatif di Provinsi Lampung menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk masalah yang berkaitan dengan pengawasan pemerintah dalam distrubusi bantuan, kurangnya strategi pemasaran yang optimal untuk UMKM, degradasi lingkungan yang mempengaruhi UMKM, pertumbuhan ekonomi lambat yang berdampak pada tingkat kemiskinan, dan pengelolaan professional UMKM yang tidak memadai. Untuk membuat sistem ini, peneliti ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD). Tujuan RAD adalah untuk memastikan bahwa sistem yang dibuat atau dikembangkan memenuhi kebutuhan untuk berbagai fungsinya.
