IMPLEMENTASI ERP ODOO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PROSES PRODUKSI: STUDI KASUS PADA PT IDOLA KARYA SEMPURNA

Abstract: Implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a strategic solution for improving business process efficiency in the garment industry, which has a complex, order-based production flow. This study aims to examine the implementation of an Odoo-based ERP system to improve production process efficiency in the garment industry. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation studies of the company's business processes. System analysis was conducted using process modeling using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) to illustrate conditions before and after system implementation. The Odoo ERP implementation included the integration of Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Accounting, Payroll, CRM, Employee, and Measurement Data modules. The results showed that the Odoo ERP implementation was able to centrally integrate all business processes, reduce manual record-keeping, accelerate production workflows, and improve the accuracy of inventory and payroll data. The system also supported managerial decision-making by providing more accurate and real-time information. Thus, the Odoo ERP implementation has been proven to positively contribute to improving production process efficiency in the garment industry. Keywords: ERP, Odoo, Production Efficiency, Garment Industry, Information System Abstrak: Implementasi sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) merupakan solusi strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis di industri garmen, yang memiliki alur produksi berbasis pesanan yang kompleks. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi sistem ERP berbasis Odoo untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi di industri garmen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi proses bisnis perusahaan. Analisis sistem dilakukan menggunakan pemodelan proses dengan menggunakan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) dan Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) untuk menggambarkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah implementasi sistem. Implementasi ERP Odoo mencakup integrasi modul Penjualan, Inventaris, Manufaktur, Pembelian, Akuntansi, Penggajian, CRM, Karyawan, dan Data Pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP Odoo mampu mengintegrasikan semua proses bisnis secara terpusat, mengurangi pencatatan manual, mempercepat alur kerja produksi, dan meningkatkan akurasi data inventaris dan penggajian. Sistem ini juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial dengan menyediakan informasi yang lebih akurat dan real-time. Dengan demikian, implementasi Odoo ERP telah terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi di industri garmen.
