Abstract: This study aims to systematically review the application of game theory in the context of financial negotiations and contract design. Game theory, as a mathematical approach to analyzing strategic interactions between parties with differing interests, has become an important tool in understanding economic behavior and decision-making. Using a systematic literature review, this study collects, analyzes, and reviews various previous studies addressing the application of game theory in the negotiation process and financial contract design. The results show that game theory is used to optimize negotiation strategies, minimize conflict risks, and create efficient and fair agreements between the parties involved. Furthermore, this study identifies trends, research gaps, and opportunities for developing game theory in modern financial practice. Thus, this study contributes to the theoretical and practical understanding of how a game theory approach can enhance the effectiveness of negotiations and contract design in the financial sector.
