Children’s songs are believed to stimulate various aspects of early childhood development, but previous studies have generally examined only one or two types of intelligence, so their contribution to Howard Gardner’s eight multiple intelligence has not yet been comprehensively mapped. This study aims to synthesize the evidence regarding the role of children’s songs in stimulating the eight multiple intelligences through a systematic literature review. Data was obtained from 24 national and international articles published between 2021 and 2025, selected from 87 articles through a multi-stage screening process and quality assessment. Content analysis and thematic analysis were used to identify the contributions of children’s songs to each intelligence. The results indicate that Musical, Linguistic, and Kinesthetic-Bodily intelligence are the aspects that develop most consistently because they are directly activated through singing and movement activities. These findings confirm that children’s songs are a comprehensive, effective, and low-cost learning medium for optimizing multiple intelligences in early childhood when systematically integrated into learning.
