PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI, DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI BAPPELITBANGDA KABUPATEN BATU BARA

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of work discipline, employee competence, and workload on employee work effectiveness. The sample size in this study consisted of 38 respondents. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The regression results produced the equation:Y = -1.860 + 0.326 X? + 0.356 X? + 0.665 X?. Partially, the t-test results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness with a t-value (2.114) > t-table (2.03011), employee competence has a positive and significant effect with a t-value (2.583) > t-table (2.03011), and workload has a positive and significant effect with a t-value (2.324) > t-table (2.03011).
The F-test results show that the F-value (74.551) > F-table (2.88), meaning that work discipline, employee competence, and workload simultaneously affect work effectiveness. The coefficient of determination test (R²) shows an R Square value of 0.868, indicating that 86.8% of work effectiveness can be explained by the three independent variables in this study, while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan beban kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = -1,860 + 0,326 X? + 0,356 X? + 0,665 X?. Secara parsial, hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja dengan nilai thitung (2,114) > ttabel (2,03011), kompetensi pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai thitung (2,583) > ttabel (2,03011), dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai thitung (2,324) > ttabel (2,03011). Hasil uji-F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung (74,551) > Ftabel (2,88), yang berarti disiplin kerja, kompetensi pegawai, dan beban kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,868, artinya sebesar 86,8% efektivitas kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
