This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) in the relationship between ethical leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia (BPK RI) Representative of Riau Province. A sample of
118 respondents was selected using simple random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan formula. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that ethical leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB (t=3.874; p<0.05) and on POS (t=13.403; p<0.05). Furthermore, POS has a positive and significant effect on OCB (t=5.185; p<0.05). The mediation analysis confirms that POS acts as a significant partial mediating variable bridging the influence of ethical leadership on OCB (t=4.956; p<0.05). These findings demonstrate that employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior can be optimally enhanced through ethical leadership combined with fostering a strong perception of organizational support within the work environment.
