Abstract: The advancement of information technology compels companies to continuously adapt by adopting web-based information systems that improve data accuracy and operational performance. PT. Perintis Perkasa continues to encounter several obstacles in managing spare parts, particularly inconsistencies between actual inventory and recorded data, along with delays in generating reports. This study aims to design and implement a web-based spare parts inventory system using the DevOps approach, which unifies software development and operational processes into a single, continuous workflow. The study employs a descriptive qualitative design with a Software Development Research approach. The development lifecycle is carried out iteratively through continuous stages, including planning, coding, building, testing, releasing, deploying, operating, and monitoring. The system was implemented using PHP with the Laravel framework and supported by a MySQL database. Findings reveal that the developed system streamlines stock management, accelerates report preparation, and enhances both efficiency and data accuracy in spare part control at PT. Perintis Perkasa. By utilizing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD), the system enables ongoing updates and maintenance without interrupting business operations, ensuring consistent performance and adaptability to organizational needs.
