PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI LAUNDRY PADA ZURAGAN LAUNDRY MEDAN BERBASIS WEBSITE

Abstract: Web-based information systems have become an effective solution to enhance efficiency and operational management in the laundry business. This research aims to develop a web-based information system for Zuragan Laundry, located in Medan Johor, to automate the processes of recording customer data, and managing order. This system is designed using modern web-based technology that allows customers to register, order services, and monitor the status of their laundry in real-time. The implementation results show that this system is capable of increasing productivity and customer satisfaction through a faster and more organized process. Thus, this system can serve as a model for other laundry businesses to adopt similar technology in managing their operations.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi berbasis web telah menjadi solusi efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan manajemen operasional bisnis laundry. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk Zuragan Laundry, yang berlokasi di Medan Johor, guna mengotomatisasi proses pencatatan data pelanggan, dan pengelolaan pesanan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan teknologi berbasis web modern yang memungkinkan pelanggan untuk mendaftar, memesan layanan, serta memantau status laundry mereka secara real-time. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan pelanggan melalui proses yang lebih cepat dan terorganisir. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi model bagi bisnis laundry lainnya untuk mengadopsi teknologi serupa dalam mengelola operasional mereka
