Abstract: This study aims to analyze the economic sustainability of pangasius (Pangasius hypophthalmus) grow-out aquaculture in Kampung Patin Modern, East OKU Regency. The study employed the Rapid Appraisal for Fisheries (RAPFISH) approach using Multi-Dimensional Scaling (MDS), focusing on the economic dimension supported by social, ecological, institutional, and policy dimensions. The results indicate that the economic sustainability index is 62.41, categorized as moderately sustainable. The Monte Carlo analysis shows a difference of 1.13, indicating model stability. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.974 and stress value of 0.117 confirm the reliability of the model. Leverage analysis identifies feed cost, fish price, market access, business profitability, and business scale as key influencing attributes. Overall, pangasius aquaculture demonstrates sustainable economic potential but requires improvements in efficiency, market access, and policy support.
