Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the Influence of Leader Support on Affective Commitment of Female Health Workers, this study identified Work-Life Balance as a mediator. This study used a survey involving 184 employees to test the proposed mediation model and applied SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study indicate that leader support has a positive influence on affective commitment, affective commitment has a positive influence on work-life balance, leader support has a positive influence on work-life balance and work-life balance mediates leader support on affective commitment of health workers in Bengkalis Regency. By using the Social Exchange Theory framework, which explains that the relationship between leaders and employees is reciprocal, this study contributes to the literature on the influence of leader support on affective commitment of female health workers, this study identified Work-Life Balance as a mediator. Only a few previous studies have explored the influence of leader support on affective commitment of female health workers.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Dukungan Pemimpin Terhadap Komitmen Afektif Tenaga Kesehatan Perempuan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi Work-Life Balance sebagai mediator.Penelitian ini menggunakan survei yang melibatkan 184 pegawai untuk menguji model mediasi yang diusulkan dan menerapkan analisis SEM-PLS.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan pemimpin memiliki pengaruh poditif terhadap komitmen afektif, komitmen afektif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance, dukungan pemimpin memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap work-life balance dan work-life balance memediasi dukungan pemimpin terhadap komitmen afektif petugas kesehatana di Kabupaten Bengkalis.Dengan menggunakan kerangka Social Exchange Theory, yang menjelaskan bahwa hubungan antara pemimpin dan karyawan bersifat timbal balik, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi literatur pengaruh dukungan pemimpin terhadap komitmen afektif tenaga kesehatan perempuan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi Work-Life Balance sebagai mediator. Hanya sedikit penelitian sebelumnya yang mengeksplorasi pengaruh dukungan pemimpin terhadap komitmen afektif tenaga kesehatan perempuan.
