Abstract: This study examines the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) capability and organizational creativity on organizational performance at PT Radiant Utama Interinsco, an Indonesian oil and gas support services company. A quantitative explanatory design was used. From a population of 150 employees, 108 respondents were selected by simple random sampling based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data were collected using a five-point Likert questionnaire and analysed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The model explained 73.0% of the variance in organizational creativity and 86.3% in organizational performance. AI capability had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance (β = 0.232; p = 0.041) and on organizational creativity (β = 0.855; p < 0.001). Organizational creativity had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance (β = 0.723; p < 0.001). Organizational creativity partially mediated the effect of AI capability on organizational performance (β = 0.618; p < 0.001), with the indirect effect accounting for 72.7% of the total effect. These findings indicate that AI capability improves performance mainly by strengthening the organization's ability to generate, promote, and implement new ideas.
