2. Editorial Workflow and Processing Time

To maintain manuscript quality and ensure consistent periodic publication, Jurnal TEKNISI applies a rigorous manuscript workflow utilizing the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform:

  1. Initial Screening: 1 – 3 days (Checking template compliance, focus and scope, as well as similarity/plagiarism screening using Turnitin with a maximum threshold of 25%).

  2. Peer Review Process: 2 – 4 weeks (Conducted via a Double-Blind Peer Review mechanism by at least two expert reviewers).

  3. Editorial Decision & Revision: 1 – 2 weeks (Acceptance, revision, or rejection decision).

  4. Copyediting, Layout & Publishing: 1 – 2 weeks (Final copyediting and online publication).
