Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of Job Security and Organizational Support on Employee Performance from managerial and legal perspectives. A quantitative approach was employed involving employees of medium and large-scale companies in Asahan Regency. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that both Job Security and Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, with Organizational Support emerging as the strongest predictor. These results highlight that integrating effective human resource management practices with compliance with employment regulations plays a vital role in improving employee performance.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Kepastian Status Kerja dan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui pendekatan manajerial dan yuridis. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel karyawan perusahaan skala menengah dan besar di Kabupaten Asahan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepastian Status Kerja dan Dukungan Organisasi berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan Dukungan Organisasi sebagai faktor yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi ketenagakerjaan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
